Obituary for Donna J. Bochat

"Donna, I sure miss you! Our high school club gets smaller and smaller!! Not in a good way!"

"My oldest friend, from first grade through high school. Donna was a very special lady, artistic a great baker, athletic and decorated her beautiful home where friends were always welcome. Yes, she loved family and they loved her back. Her death shocked us and we still can' t believe she is gone.

"Donna and I grew up on the same block on Oketo St. in Chicago. Her parents and mine were friends long before before they were married until they all passed away. Donna and I walked together to the same school and shared many preteen memories. We grew apart after highschool, marriage and new families but always stayed in touch and enjoyed being "telephone friends" all the while she lived in Palatine and I lived in Hoffman Estates. We shared many memories and news of our thriving families through the years. I wish we had been closer, but our friendship continued mostly on the telephone for several years and I am so sorry for her loss. My deepest sympathy to Ron and their family."
