I had the honor of knowing Sergeant Richard Bruski from a young age , as a neighbor feeling safe and secure across the street on Neva ave, learning from a young girl how important law enforcement is and feeling so proud to be loved by the Bruski family, so happy Sergeant Bruski was my influence of a strong and loving family! God speed Richard Bruski you will never be forgotten!!

To all who are up in heaven, you have a new member. But remember this. Keep the noise down, the martinis flowing, & don't get him mad. Because you won't win the argument. RIP

Rest in eternal peace, you were one super officer when I was just a teen age neighbor babysitting your children back in the 60s. I enjoyed seeing your wife get all dressed up to go out on the town with the love of her life. You were a a wonderful husband and Dad. I will always remember that you were one of the people that inspired me to join CPD. Many blessings and fond memories for your family are wished today.
